Back in the mid-'90s, our "Mistigris" vintage computer arts collective (at the time, not "vintage" but "contemporary") emerged from being purely a dial-up BBS phenomenon and established a toehold on the web. The Internet Archive remembers our first homepage, circa 1995, hosted for free on Geocities: crude, but effective. We have a dedicated private website now at mistigris.org but getting back into the pool here seemed like a gesture of solidarity we could extend across the ages.
